yeah when new comers like Pathan can make it happen when their side is down 5, 6, 7 and then 8 wickets and not get the PANIC ATTACKS…then PROs such as Fridi shud be a little ashamed and take heed! - get it??

^ true say.. both pathan and razzak are not just blind hitters.. they do adapt or TRY (key word.. ) to the situation.. there is a method to their madness.. whenever it happens..

afridi. is just brainless.. there is no method.. he does not TRY to adapt tot he situation at all.

well Afridi was a very clean hitter in his old days...and that can't be taken away from him...that is why he still holds the fastest 100 record.

My point was that if today's bacha Pathan can do it at such a crucial stage then Fridi shud reflect..

yea.. when his swings connect.. they are clean hits.. so are harbhajans..

true say that he shud reflect and be like "hey.. im not playing with inzi, sohail, anwar etc in my team.. im a senior batter.." but no.. there is no pattern.. there is no stratergy.. he is brainless.. swing hard and swing again.. thats where it ends..

^^ its pressure while batting....he has innings where he only played ground shots....and most recently that was in the 2009 T20s specially in the final as well....

so its not about bashing him in general...its about his recent form...etc...
I think he bats way way better when he is not the captain..

yes we did see 2-3 sensible innings in the last 18 months but thats it man.. for those 2-3.. thers been like 10 others where he shudve raised his handd.. as a senior batter and member.. if not the captain.. but he failed.. and worse he failed with horrible brainless afridi shots..

he is opposite when he is bowling.. he uses his brain well.. hes aggressive but patient and strategic at the same time.. completely different person.. he just cant transfer that mindset to his batting... haath main balla = swing till you die..

Dude remember Afridi is a bowling all rounder he also got 300 wickets …and 6k runs …he is better then Pathan anyday

im comparing them with bhajji only on the “clean hits”…

afridis bowling is great.. but his batting is pathetic.. more so his approach to batting is pathetic.. and it costs pakistan games.. its how it is…

i guess bowling allrounder is a correct term for him…
