I used to believe in the soulmate concept when I was a teenager and it sounds like a glorious, very romantic thought but in reality a person can't have a perfect match. It's just not a reality.
Relationships take work and even if a couple has so many things in common they will still have obstacles and problems in life which have to be dealt with in a mature way. People don't magically get along all the time every second.
