I think I eat more than my routine when I’m in the liberary. Like every 2 hours I take a break and go to the canteen( as there is no place else to go ) and ek dafa canteen chalay jao tou phir :smiley:

If you’re studying 5 hours a day and not doing any exercise, I think your body would require something around 1400-1500 kcalories. You can work out something. Just a point to note that studying does not increase your calorie requirement. So you have to eat less to maintain your weight. I always gain a few pounds in every exam :frowning:

for every hour you are sitting around studying, give yourselves ten minutes to workout at the end of the day.

Walk while studying. I used to roam about in the whole room. And in between, viewing out of the window or balcony.

uss ka hall bhi hai…take only a little money with u. leave credit cards at home, and tell your friends in advacnce not to lend u any money:D
