^^ I am not quite sure, They never have instructions on the packet and I can never cook them well. It would be nice if someone has any tips.

^ yah same here my noodles have been coming out kinda sticky lately… but then again the water never boils no matter how long i leave it, is that normal??? :confused:

bread and puff pastry sheets(used for making patties)...pizza dough is sometimes tricky but I think I'm good at it now...:)

same here!

I can cook the most difficult dishes…but my roti’s nvr turn out right :bummer:

I’m better off getting it from the restaurant…fresh, warm, narum rotis :smiley:

Sara, for regular noodles when you drain them, run them under cold or room temp water and they shouldn’t stick. You can also apply little oil when they are hot and they won’t stick.

rotis are something I hardly make at home as well., along with nihari and pizza.

use some olive oil after noodles have been boiled and drained they will never stick

Hot and sour soup, I love it but I don't think I can ever make it. Lamb I don't think I could ever work with lamb.
