As much as its true in western countries, but personally, I think this video was a bit exaggerated. I mean girls aren't that stupid.. c'mon some guy next door comes and says a couple of nice words and I love you and blahh... and you go and... Totally exaggerated...
But the video does have message for parents maybe?

When you show a social setting of may be 1% of the ppl then any message will be lost in the controversy. Lower and Middle class also date, get molested and run into problems but seeing this video gives a message that only "modren" or upper class encounter theses issues. And I know shalwar qameez are getting westernize but still minis or shorts are not common...not atleast now.

You are not getting my point. I know that problems of girls is the issue but this song is meant for social awarness (or it seems)and if society/target audiances cannot relate than the messaget is lost in translation. Its my POV and you dont have to agree with it.
I think that these issues are not as common in Pakistan as are in western countries, however, they are social issues that need awareness to keep our society in rein. I don't know why people have to pretend these things cannot happen and do not happen in Pakistan!
At one point I like the idea of creating social awareness. However, there were points that were exaggerated and others that put only the upper class in the spot light. I don't agree that this is only an issue of the upper class as it was portrayed in the video. Also, our society is not as modernized yet to be walking in mini skirts, or is it? So, I do think that some points were exaggerated a bit.

Uhm....the other situations (drunk mother, clubbing/sex tape, bf cheating with bff etc), i honestly dont' think it "speaks" to your average pakistani audience, maybe to the western audience..but not the ones in pakistan. Not saying that it doesn't happen but I think if he wanted to do social awareness there were other topcis he could have highlighted, that are more prevalent amongst our society, and done much much better. I think this video is just controversy for the sake of controversy. Too bad, b/c the song is actualy pretty nice.

err the main aim of any singer is to sell albums and make money... i hate most new songs caz they make no sense... combine it with bad poetry, horrible music and stupid screaming singers and you get stuff like this...
when i was listening to it, i couldn't relate it to wot they were showing... maybe that was caz the poetry and the delivery was so bad that you couldn't get wot they were trying to say or maybe wot they had to say was so boring that you couldn't pay attention to it more than a couple of lines
