Is this a Masjid (mosque?)
I think mosques are green in color from outside. Probably have white walls inside. As for red, maybe there is some sort of red chamber within which people gather to pray. As for babies, we are all children of God. So the people who are praying are the babies?

no thats not the answer...but good observation....mosques have somewhat similar look as red being the carpets i'll say...your answer isnot disrespectful by any means u are a boy of pure heart. i know that.
i think its PAAN...green outside...white is lime paste, red is kattha [catachue] and the babies are chhaliya [betel nuts]. eh?
