Yup. Since after WW2, America has been trying to position itself to neutralize threats to its ideology and existence using military strikes, a continuation of the Eisenhower Doctrine. They’re desperate to stay prepared to engage in a war with any country, which has finally caught up with them.
Also, to add to what CEO said regarding Gadaffi and securing the USD, the previous director of the IMF was also calling for a new reserve currency after the economic collpase. Voila, his scandals appeared and he was replaced. Amazing coincidence right?
