This is just the tip of the iceberg. The sad truth is the vast majority (not all) of Pakistanis are incredibly corrupt. They just love shortcuts in life to make quick money and their main problem is corruption, not education or poverty. Their character is weak. Till they improve their character, they will never improve as a society.

What a farce our whole society in general and cricket culture in special is? Making headlines once again for all the wrong reasons

Agreed. But this is also a sad reflection of Pakistani society. Not just our leaders but people (not all) are corrupt and dishonest too. Pakistanis are always looking for short cuts in life or doing ‘hera pheri’ to make quick money and cricketers are no different..
