I was searching up "Churails" on Google and an article very articulately written on gupshup came up. I came and read it and then couldn't stop laughing at the comments you guys left. And i thought to my self "Are Pakistanis this cool?" And then i joined right away.

i was looking online the meaning of an Urdu word when i saw it on GS and then i realized that it would be a FUN place because mujhe to bahot se ABCD aur BBCD aur CBCD nazar aaye jo Urdu aise bol rahe the jaise koii firangii bol rahaa/rahii ho…so, i stopped here for a little while magar vo din aur aajkaa din…isii ko apnaa Thikaanaa banaa liyaa!

I joined because I ran a fashion topic on another website and one of my readers tipped me off. Someone on gs was copying my exact posts and putting their name on my commentary and such. So eventually I came here and realized that pakistani fashion was way more interesting than the indian stuff and eventually I got really comfy with the girls in the wedding and fashion forum. That kept me around for sure.

wow. here on gs many couple are registered. they sometime fight in life and relationship forum. then many common friend resolve their issues over heer. :)

back in old days to find Pakistani community probably this was the only best place :)

Back in 1998 a guy named Sohail on this website recommended it to me for a Pakistani website on line.

I registered but never really posted till a year or two later. And that was because for politics more than anything. I have stuck around because I have no life and my work forces me to live in confined environments with few people to talk too.

I remember first coming across GS when I was searching online for a Pakistani tailor in my area. It was the first Pakistani forum I had across that seemed to be quite active and with intelligent posters. What really made me join was reading a Prem Minister thread that had popped up in Life1 around the time I first discovered GS. :D I just had to join after reading that thread. I like that GS users generally don't seem to suffer from an extreme sense of entitlement like members of other online forums do.
