It's leggings. The outfit came with wide-leg, lace-edged trousers.
Mama just got me some leggings from Pakistan and they are sooooo nice! It's the ruched leggings and omg - could it be any cheaper! I think she said they cost between 150-300 rps (like $1.50 - $3)!!!! I'll post a pic with the outfit I wore it with in a little bit.

Haddy, these are leggings I bought here that are plain with lace at the bottom. The ruched ones (not pictured here) don't have lace.

It depends bebo. For me, I'd like to have laced leggings if there isn't much going on with the shirt. A plain simple shirt with laced trousers/leggings.
If the shirt is all embroidery and panels, I'd like it to be focused more and pair it with simple leggings.

rolla, me too! Okay, that's a lie. I love the way it looks, but it takes an obscene amount of fabric to have these clothes tailored - it's expensive and there is a such thing as too much.
