Guys all through uni guys used to call me Kali, Kaali Ma etc and various rishtas said no based on skin colour ( the mothers)…but forget that.

This mentality would only change if people refuse to be offended at being called kali or equate kali with being undesireable. And of course refuse to accomodate desi mil-to-bes ideals of what beauty is.
