Yep it is, I wasn't too keen on the lace tbh...looks very vampy.

Someone sent it to me from Pakistan, I have no clue about Pakistani designers but the label says Zahra Ahmed. Hope that helps :)

I bought this from Chiniot its also available in lahore ...In lahore the price was 7 lacs but in chiniot its less expensive
