I have in the past, tastes a bit like fried eggs, but the things was that I wasnt told what I was eating, but I am a bit sick in the stomach right now and feel like hurling thinking that I have actually tasted it.

I think its more of emotional psychological barrier than physical when we think of these not exactly spare parts(brain and tongue spare? I think not)

I like Maghaz Fry ; Maghaz Masala; Maghaz Nihari; Gurday/Kalejii… But I don’t like Zaban, Siri, Kapoors etc… :yukh:

Sir jee - I think you will love Hagis - or whatever the hell it is called in Scotland
They take a sheeps stomach and stuff all the spare parts in it, like lungs, heart, sri, tongue, tail, intestines etc etc etc - and they are all cooked INDSIDE the stomach

And it is considered a delicacy :yukh:
