chee, i was reading info on snoring..and snoring can occur due to number of reasons..and the heavy snoring is an indication of health problems..therefore somehow i think you should suggest it to your brother about the snoring..if you don't feel comfortable telling him that..tell someone who are close to you..maybe your mom..and your mom can tell your brother.
There are some pillow sprays for snoring too..usually made of essential oils..so when your brother is in deep sleep..you can get up and spray quietly near him..another thing is sleeping pillow for snoring. Maybe you can buy it and tell your brother..bhai daikhain may aap kay liay aik achcha takya laya hoon..this way he won't feel it..and it will be helpful to him and you both.
