Aweee, drink lots of fluide and change your cloths twice a day, take care of cross contamination at all times, its the most commen but unknown cause of flu contamination.
Change your bedding at the end of flu cycle,
Use Kleenex once only.
Keep your room clean and fresh.
If already on its peak then you need to see the doctor for medication,:elmo:
