All taxes collected from customers should to to the CBR. As per country's tax law no person, or a body corporate or semi or govt department acting as a tax agent can give the money to anyother person or organisation.

You call call 'em up and get reference. You can visit LUMS’s hostels and get a feel. Ask any of the LUMS alumini. Take my word… I invite you to visit LUMS. Anything! They will tell you that many students from Baluchistan/Sindh/NWFP study there (more than students from other provinces studying in universities in Karachi). Even at MBA level where there is strong competition from IBA, Karachi, 25% of students are from Sindh. Go through http://nop.lums.edu.pk/ and let me know if any other university (public or private) is making such effort.
And please check explanation about Baluch resources. Those are exploited/explored by OGDC (this is 4th time someone is trying to explain this to you) and not SNGPL.
It seems you cannot IMAGINE an institution that is serving the COUNTRY rather than provinces/cities. I will go against GS rules now and tell you that you are a deeply racist person.

^ No idea about that Mostar. There is a Research Centre at LUMS which collaborates with NGOs all around the country and has close ties with CFS too. You can ask them if it is important. SEDC - About SEDC

this is not a racial discussion ................. many of friend are from MU or the colleges affliated with the MU .................

MU is 5th out of 13 Engineering Universities in Pakistan. Now don’t say that HECP is incompetant people graduated from interior Sindh’s universites.
