I'm Indian and I have to agree, some parts of the movie were just too much. That boy crawling out of sh**, the filth, the cruelty...I felt sick.
Even though I loved the movie and the message that any good human spirit will triumph in the end, it was factually wrong on some accounts.
I don't believe that so much misery exists, and neither that the Indian police can take away a boy and torture him just because he's getting the right answers.
