Slow cookers and rice makers

I was always afraid to use it while i am away..but it has been a real treat coming home to prepared food and the awesome aroma.I have made chili, and also pot roast in there. It turned out great..each time.

Would you mind sharing the recipe or chili? I have used the crockpot and a couple of times and have been impressed with the fact that I didn’t have to use oil either time.
