Slimming Capsule

Re: Slimming Capsule

The drug Alli is actually and OTC version of Orlistat, which can be prescribed by your doctor. They are pretty safe to use, but what you have to realise is that they don't work on the excess fat you already have on your body: they work by preventing the absorption of fat from the food you eat. The capsule is consumed right after you eat a meal, and binds onto any fat you consume and dispells it through your bodily waste, therefore reducing calorie intake.

Khair, this may be some form of a quick fix, but as always, i promote a healthy balance diet and regular exercise for long-term weight loss. Losing weight is a very simple formula... move around more and eat less crap. :)
