u do judge people by the way they dress, u know it, and i know it. When you see a girl wearing a Hijab, u judge her. Why? You assume she's Islamic, or a good Muslim. dont TELL me u dont, because its just not possible. When i see a girl dressed like a slut, i will never think of her as a good Muslim, and no, i will not give her the benefit of doubt. But then again..thats just me. And i do wear sleeveless, hehe.
