You get used to it. I used to have problems but now I am so used to it. I normally sleep less the night before traveling so that I can fall asleep while flying. When I was returning from my honeymoon, the flight from Hawaii was 7 hours long. I slept in the plane when it took off and when I woke up, the captain was saying “we’ll be landing in 30 minutes”. I was like what?
