His family is at fault for not helping him remarry, isn't that his right Islamically. There are alot of reasons why you're recommended to get married, one of them being adultery. He should get married if he has 'needs'.
His family is at fault?!? If the man can get up off of his @$$ to go bugger the maid, he can very well get up off of his @$$ to find a suitable bride. :-O
