Anyone know where I can find nice casual skirts (long) in NYC? Particularly in Manhattan but not necessarily.

Also, a great place for Biryani? I've been to Kabob King and like their Bihari kebabs but would like a different place for noice noice biryani.

Again, Manhattan location preferred but not required.

you won't find too many at this time of year, at least not in the mainstream stores. You can go to 28th street and Broadway, there sa few wholesale stores there, as well as desi places.. U can also go to Jackson Heights in Queens, i'm sure ull find alot more skirts there.

As for biryani? Mera ghar :D
