skin showing limits

I will show up to my knee without leggings/tights.
If its above my knee i’ll wear tights/leggings.
short sleeves are fine. Strap tops are a no no. Umm.. yeah thats all really. They were all my decision, My dad never let me wear skirts/dresses when i was younger, Now im older he doesnt really say much.

I also do the same thing when ever I go for knee length stuff. Do you wear colored leggings/tights or those with skin color
