i wnted a home made remedy for my skin.. ive gt a reli oily n shiny nose n i tend to gt spots on it too n i also have loadz of blackheads and whiteheadz on my nose.. ive read abt da baking powder recipe.. shud i use that for the white headz aswell??
and ive gt a scar from abwt 13+ yearz ago,.. its where i gt scratched by my brother with a fork.. wt cn i do to mke dt go away???

Gina, you gave me a "recipe" for the darkness around my mouth area, the cinnamon + honey paste..people say it's got darker now..? :P and yes I use sun screen.....
The only side-effect of the cinnamon and honey mixture is slight redness or breakouts.. it will not turn u're pigmentation any darker.

So i am 21 and getting engaged next week.
Recently i have been getting lots of acne on my chin, upper lips and forehead. Also, i have Huge pores on my cheeks right around the nose. and have small white heads all on my nose. In other words my skin is a Mess!
I know one of the cause is that i don’t drink much water.
Is there any way to start solving these issues. I have started to drink a lot more water then i did before. Other then that is there any treatments or remedies for it.
I was also planing on getting a micro-derma facial. Is that going to help at all??
I have started using a exfoliator and cleanser regularly
Would really appreciate your help!

Tklucky, u have one week till u're engagement Inshallah..and I dont suggest getting any treatment that close to an occassion. U might get a reaction..which may take days to settle.
Get a regular facial asap (dont wait till too close to u're engagement) and get u're blackheads and whiteheads extracted.

Besan and yoghurt is really good for oily skin.. u may use the BP for u're black/white-heads.
For the scar use the red sandalwood, turmeric and lemon mix during the day..and vitamin E oil at night.

but i can always try fixing things before my big day.

Hi Gina..a month ago I posted a query about red spots on my face left behind after acne. You told me to wait a few weeks for them to turn brownish. They're still there and may I add that its been a total of 5 months since they appeared. And I don't know what to do about them. They are all on one side of the face and the other side is totally clear so everybody tends to notice them when they first see me. I'm not a makeup person so even using the concealer is not an option. Please tell me how to fix this problem. I'm really desperate for a solution now :(
Acne marks (red) don't take more than a month to settle down.. I'd suggest u have them shown to a derm and not try any medications or home-remedies till someone has seen them..we don't want to aggravate them at all.

Do you have enuff iron rich food? Do you drink plenty of water?

yaar just dont do anything to the red marks and i mean ANYTHING!!! thats the only way they l lighten soon otherwise they will take time.......i did self experiments thats how i know :P
and if you want to heal skin without scarring try steri strip!! it sometimes doesnot leave a scar and even if it does its quite light to eventually fade using lemon in a month :)
