Just a few suggestions…

You can try Vitamin C serums, Vitamin E oil and home made almond scrub. Keep your moisturizer water based…not oil based.

Vitamin C is good for brightening complexion.

Vitamin E is good for scars…helping them gradually fade.

Glycolic and Salicylic peels are the best (alternatively) for acne though. One will help the acne and the other will exfoliate and help get rid of scars eventually.

Neutrogena makes a great wash for sensitive skin…extra extra gentle face wash. On the high end, you can opt for Clinique 3 step skin care.

Reha how can vitamin C and D can be used?? in what form and in what quantities?
