Try these tips.
For pimples:
1) Drink lots of water.
2) Eat yogurt. Or drink lassi made from yogurt at least 2 times a day. Just put 3-4 large tablespoons of yogurt in a glass and mix until it's smooth. Then fill the glass with water and continue stirring. Add a pinch of salt or sugar (if you like it sweet) and then drink it.
Yogurt contains cultures that destroy pimple-causing bacteria. My dermatologist said that it can be helpful with pimples.
3) Take multivitamins. We can get pimples if we don't have enough Vitamin B or zinc. Vitamins A, C, and E are also important for skin healing and maintenance. So take a multivitamin daily.
4) Reduce your stress level and try to relax. Maybe put on some light music while you study. Stress levels can mess up our hormones which can lead to pimples. Lack of sleep can cause stress as well. So, make sure to get enough sleep.
5) Use a proper cleanser for your skin. I use Neturogena oil free cream cleanser for acne. And wash your face at least two times a day and apply a good moisturizer.
6) Avoid touching your face.
7) You can also consider going to the dermatologist who can provide your antibiotics to control pimples or perhaps skin products.
EYES
1) Make sure that you're taking a multivitamin
2) Get enough sleep/rest for your eyes
3) Try dipping cotton in cold rose water...and place on eyes
4) Take wet tea bags and put them in the fridge until they are cold...put on eyes.
5) You can also try potato slices instead of cucumber.
