Key to changing things lies in GHQ not in Swat.
Until our Generals understand that using proxy forces like the Taliban and their jihadi cousins, nothing will change. Our army has decided at the top levels, whether it is Musharraf or Kayani, to keep the Taliban alive as a means to influence Afghanistan. Until that idea is changed, nothing will improve. Things will only get worse. Maybe all the Generals's wives need to face the Taliban justice before they realize the monsters they have enabled.
