Phatima...where did u get all this traditional mehendi stuff frm? cuz i was thinking to decorate my house for my sister's wedding as well..and i need sum ideas!

^ Most of the stuff (like the goaun takkye and mehndi trays) Ammi brought from Pakistan. Other than that we just used stuff lying around the house. We decorated our basement with yellow, green, and red streamers (had a girls-only dance afterparty down there :shoaby: ). We also used my mom’s old duputtas (they were really pretty) from her shaadi and we draped them on the walls.
