Why do we have to be extremists? In 80s and early 90s we were taught that it was actually mujahideen of afghanistan and pakistani tribal areas that saved us. Now we are taught that people living there are all mindless murdering machines.

Just learn from the history. Sometimes morons do the right thing and great people make mistakes. We do need to learn and appreciate them all.

Back to the topic… yes, Gilani should go but not take it as an opportunity for a family vacation… like when his family wanted to host a lavish dinner for the hollywood star who came to help with post-flood relief efforts.

Some people can never do anything right and this hero was one of them. We are still paying for his folly and if you can’t see or appreciate that than you are right some of us need to learn from history.
