Singapore is not like Dubai… Singapore is an advanced world and they have been in the spot for decades whereas Dubai is artificial to the core and is dependent on Abudhabi.
Singapore has got its own laws and they abide by it strictly and corruption is Nil whereas Dubai has got laws but often neglect it…
