How can Buddhism come into picture, it is story of more than 2 millennium older than Gautam Buddha.
They were nature worshiper and idolaters hence most likely an early form of Hinduism.

There language isn’t deciphered as of now.

Yes many things are still not cleared. Like there are evidence that people from Indus Valley used to bury their dead ones and were not vegetarian. I know that vegetarian was not always an ideological practice with Hinduism, but don’t know whether there have been periods when followers of Hinduism used to bury their dead ones.
