it is disputed as well, this mantra refers to Rudra, not Shiva. It is also considered that Pashupati was amalgamated with Rudra which later developed into Shiva. Point is Hinduism always evolved and there are chances that Rudra and Shiva might have been altogether different deity when they began as deity and later amalgamated. Hanuman seems to be local south Indian deity assimilated later in narrative when idea of Ramayan originated etc.
As far as I know, marriage to Mata Sati and Mata Parwati is mentioned in Shiva Puran.
