A little tribute to SS !

Even much deprived South Punjab like RYK , Rajanpur, DG Khan have now modern infrastructure, universities and hospitals

A lot of gaps and loopholes in SS administration, priority setting and one man show etc but give credit where it is due

pervez illahi also worked a lot in the south. The local government system was good.
