Mabrook, I see where you are coming from. My only reservation would be that people tend to get cranky when they get old - perhaps you could talk about the old man a little more respectfully esp. the cylindrical gadget since there is very slim chance that he had put that for a fashion?
We would hate anyone talking nasty about our folks, I believe we should be a little considerate when talking about somebody else's.
