While I dont have much sympathy for terrorists but this statement that she tried to kill American soldiers while she was in their custody and they casually left a loaded rifle with the catch off near her in order that she could attack them, yeah right.

EB, I agree that details about her initial arrest were murky, but I can tell you that I have lot more faith in American justice system than Pakistani justice system. For one thing, you can’t bribe judges/jury in this country. And two, its lot harder to convince 12 people on jury to convict someone than most people think.
