The govt is not allowing killing of Christians or anyone else … where did you get the idea the govt allows it?

Using your logic, are you going to accept that govt of Pakistan is allowing attack on mosques, suicide bombers etc? these thing shappen for other reasons and governments can only go so far

The Indian government can try to punish these attackers but no these people are free. The Pakistani police actually makes arrests on terrorists.
