Does anyone have more information on what this one might mean?

I found this interesting. What treasure could they mean and does anyone think this has already happened?
I think its the Dam built on Euphrates, which by its construction benefitted the land around it, turning a plain land into lushing green or as it's said in urdu "Matti Sona Ban Gaye'. It's referenced that the Dam stands like a mountain. The development of this dam brought wealth to the people in the area and they often refer to it as 'Mountain of Gold' in that context.
As for 99/100 people will die, refers to the Turks and Kurds fighting for the control of the land, as to benefit from this development.

Does "love for this world" mean love for materialism, like wordly things? Or like loving humanity and wanting to do something for them? Because then I'm guilty as charged. irritated look
I believe so, maybe someone else can shed some light no this.
