it’s Maulana Abul Kalam Azad actually whose real name was Abul Kalam Ghulam Muhiyuddin and i already said why, because he was a strong believer/promoter of hindu-muslim unity, plus he was a revolutionary/freedom fighter for india along with other great revolutionaries.
i don’t consider myself a really big fan of nehru b/c he didn’t have foresight when it came to one particular tiny problem(at that time) that became a gigantic problem for south asia. but some things like the one i mentioned about the states having their own identity/language/subculture was a good thing.
