I like to cook my sides with the roast, I coat the root vegetables with the juices from the roast, garlic bread goes well, one time I cooked Kabuli Pilau with it, it was a hit with green raita, you can do spicy gravy with the roast. My fav cut is Prime Rib, lots of marbling.
