Remember 200 innocent lives that were lost in mumbai? i guess you dont. but the nation has not forgotten that. If public opinion is against then BCCI can hardly do anything. You keep on blaming but dont give any proof. I guess you are just trying to feel better. Again, please stop treating BCCI as a god who can make or destroy fates. In India we all know how "competent" BCCI is.
well than why invite Pak now. I do remember the ones killed in Mumbai, dont need you to remind me, why play Pak in the world cup semis, didnt the public opinion matter than. Why not refuse to play Pak than, England refused to play Zimbabwe in world cup. Now that was principle instead of using the excuse when it suits you.

Public opinion was not against pakistan playing in India, it was against pakistan players playing in IPL which is more city based game. Remember , pakistani support staff were never purged from IPL (waseem, commentators, umpires etc) , it was only players.
and now BCCI has realized that mindset has changed when everyone loved Azhar mahmood in IPL.
Remember people tend to forget the past with time. And since India and Pak are friends once again i dont think it is a bad time now to resume cricket ties also.
