Was this a case of vvip's getting their way or was it an example of PIA being delayed by technical faults... If this is a case of VVIP privilege, how to explain the multiple other delays with PIA's that occur throughout the year?
If it was all about technical fault then PIA would not have boarded passengers and made them wait inside the plane. Actually, first one and half hour was delayed due to PIA fault. After that, PIA boarded all passengers, but two were 'Royal Thugs', who wanted to take their own time.
That is the reason, once passengers were boarded, and still Plane was not moving, passengers inquired and PIA staff told the passengers that flight is not moving because they are waiting for 'Royal Thug' ... (Rahman Malik) who considers himself VVIP. That is what made passengers angry and wanted to teach the lesson to the VVIP thug.
According to Shahi Syed, who was also on plane and boarded along with other passengers, told that few passengers already announced before Thugs came to board the plane ... that whoever VVIP thug would be, Army General, Top Bureaucrat, Minister, or Parliamentarian, they would humiliate the thug and would not let the thug board to fly with them.
Well, later people were told that the thug is Rahman malik ... but when another thug MNA entered the plane before Rahman Malik, both were treated in same way, making them leave the plane. Well:
Eventually, one VVIP thug showed up (PML-N MNA) ... and knowing that he was MNA, passengers forced him to leave the plane. Next came the one they were waiting for, big thug belonging to PPP (Rahman Malik) and when passenger started abusing him while he was coming towards plane gate, he realized and turned back.
So, though initial one and half hour delay was due to PIA fault and during this time, passengers were still in waiting room, waiting to board, next one hour delay was due to VVIP thugs when passengers were on board the plane, waiting for the plane to fly.
Suna tha k begharti ki bhi koi had hoti hai but I guess not…
