she was aggressive but not entirely unreasonable. she grilled him and he asked for it. he is constantly lying about the whole episode and pretending as if he was the victim and he could have used his powers as MNA to have those people thrown out of the aircraft.
he should have accepted his mistake and apologized to the people then he would have earned more respect…
