SALE of condoms? No man, they should be handing them out for FREE. They should make them available in public toilets, schools and colleges, and they should also have those vending machines.
Funniest thing was, at our uni they were handing out condoms which were STAPLED to pieces of paper. hehehehe…no wonder everyone here has AIDS.
