Why is Pakistan frightened? I thought Pakistan was the 2nd best team in the world, and now Pakistan should prove it. Pakistan should go for aggressive and be brave. Otherwise, Pakistan may lose or draw the series.

If we really are dependent on these openers then ‘khuda hi Hafiz is team ka’… bhaio aur behno as Cheegum (?) said lets count these two as bonus wickets (just like by now we count Afridi as bonus wicket) and let them do whatever they can to demoralize English bowlers/fielders by whacking them around the park… if they fail we will be back to “normal plan” anyway

Killing is not good thing-- they shld go for the chase................when got it there-- they cld have it-------------------- without killing,

A successful run chase is very very possible. The required runrate is not an issue, it is just 3.5 which in the context of the match is ordinary. What I mean is that if Pakistan are able to bat out the day, the runs will come and they will win. It's as simple as that; just bat out the day.
Wickets will be the key. Play out the morning session without losing a wicket and England will really start to panic. They will be expecting the usual early wickets in the form of our openers, but if they can survive till lunch then anything can happen. Even if Pakistan score 100 runs each session, that leaves 120 runs for the last session. Not a stretch if we have wickets in hand.
Inshallah we can win.

If the first two wickets go cheaply then Pakistan will try to draw; if Butt and Umar can maintain a decent partnership and put runs on the board then I think Younis and Yousuf will go for the target.
It all depends on the openers
But emotionally speaking I say we go for the KILL; lets show those b*stards what we're made of.

Yes we will have to depend on them (openers) I know the expectation is same what Sami :halo: or Danish scored in the first innings, but still its hope against hope that either one will make a fifty and go on to make a century

If Pakistan have a good first session in terms of keeping wickets in tact...atleast one opener needs a performance then we should go for it...otherwise settle for winning the next test and drawing the series...
