Pakistan shud ask for special US envoy for Kashmir.
I believe Obama has already decided to appoint Bill Clinton as special US envoy to India/Pak i.e. Kashmir.
As for Pakistan, it can ask for the moon if it likes. What it will get is a very different matter....
