I say go for bold eyes. The outfit is dark rustish-red color, so if you go bold on the lips, you’ll create a look that is overwhelmingly reddish.
Instead, go for bold or dramatic eyes. You could even go for a smokey look. Or play around with some eye shadows. And then for lips pick a neutral color such as a light pinkish brown with a bit of gloss.
It also depends on when you plan to wear these clothes. If it’s during the day time, then I’d suggest playing up the eyes and going neutral on the lips. However, if you’ll be wearing that at night, then you could go apply a darker lipstick.
