he teachers my brothers science class, my brother is 11. hes small for his age and gets scared easily. the teacher seems to be monster giving out detentions all the time and doesnt explain nicely or help the child ( from what ive seen) also he wrote thats rubbish on my brothers homework....because his diagram wasnt all great, , hes also given dententions twice already for something he coudlve explained if my brother wasnt understanding it..my brother isnt as bright as other kids, hes quite slow, and takes ages understanding....im furious at this teacher..and this teacher is also a pakistani....
Sister I may go against popular opinion here but the teacher seems pretty normal to me, during my junior school i never had much homework, heck i never used to take a bag to school and then going into Secondry school was a shock, continuously bombarded with work and it didn't help that most people had come from a background of private schools who were used to a heavy workload and how work of high quality should be presented.
I always rushed my work and never used to double underline my titles, draw my diagrams with a ruler/label specifc apparatus or write my name and date at the top of the page during each homework assignment. My science teacher used to write alot worse then what was written on your brother page and even resulted in chucking a book at me when i didn't draw a beaker correctly but with time and speaking to the teachers on what he wanted i was able to solve this problem quickly and made sure i took pride in my work.
Whats important here is getting a solution so that both your Brother knows whats expected of him from his work and his teacher is satisfied with the work being handed in. Its better to have an angry teacher than one who couldn't care less what the children are doing and the level of detail they are putting into their homework.
