how come a 9 yr was so stupid that she went out n got lost? its child's faut. Also these days everyone has cell phones. that girl should hav called mom or someone from family rather than going to police station with a total stranger. even my 5 yr is smarter than her.
As for shopping with kids i dread it. if its serious shopping i prefer going alone. but really parents should train their kids to stay close by and wat to do incase they get lost.
