i agree with you,but not all are same, theyr frustrated over other nationalities comming to their country and earning more then they do and leading a lavish lifestyle then them,that’s why the govt introduced saudization, Saudization program is well on track and the ministry was able to find jobs for 195,000 Saudi men and 51,000 women over the past few months.now on every five expats they should have two saudi national on them in their companies,and one women should be hired in five expats.. “Every private establishment should strictly follow the guidelines spelled out under the scheme,”there are Plans under way to test the skills of local and foreign workers to ensure that they are qualified in their respective professions..
